Thank you for guiding me in physics from secondary 3 all the way to the end of my O levels. Mason is a very understanding and reliable teacher as he is able to help students with different learning styles achieve excellent scores! Personally, I had difficulties in visualising and memorising the definitions and formulas, but Mason has helped me surpass these barriers to have a greater understanding and analysis in physics. In the past, I was struggling to apply basic formulas and was morally discouraged. However, Mason’s patient guidance and enthusiasm allowed me to not only learn when to apply the different formulas, but also allowed me to have a better appreciation and enjoyment in learning for the subject itself! No doubt, my results improved tremendously from a C6 to an A1! Thank you so much for your help Mason!

Mr Tan helped me achieved A1 for O Levels on my Physics. Initially I scored a D7 for my Physics when I realized I needed help for my Kinematics. I found another tutor which only went through 10 year series questions and answers with me, before I stumbled on Mr Tan who was advertising on a tuition agency. It only took him 1 lesson to make me understand the entire topic, and even challenging me to the Prelim questions. At first it sounded daunting to me, but after a while I realized it was very exciting because he only used very simple fundamentals to trickle answers for the toughest questions you can see. Whatever my school teacher teaches in 2 weeks he can easily make me understand within a 1.5 hour session. He deals a lot on my answering skills and techniques, rather than focusing on the understanding because it is so easily understood. However, this technique of his also forced me to revise a lot before his lessons because he will ask a lot of questions to drill me! All thanks for his coaching, I have never seen anything lesser than an A2 for my class tests and exams. So, if anyone were to ask me for the best Physics tutor, Mr Tan would be the best choice!

Although Mason has only tutored me in physics for a few months, I now have a better understanding of the various topics that I was unclear of before. He has made learning physics more enjoyable and much clearer. I used to be very unconfident in this subject but through his lessons, I am better at this subject than i used to be and slightly more confident in it too! I usually had problems with a lot of the calculations in physics but Mason taught me many useful tricks and tips to tackle them and made understanding the questions much easier. He is also a caring teacher and would teach you patiently until you understand the physics concepts fully. To add on, whenever I have a question that I cannot solve, I know I can send it to Mason and ask him for help as he will be sure to take some time out of his busy schedule to reply to me. You should definitely try out his lessons!
